The Test and The Article 2

I think I did fine on the test. I got 30 correct, 6 correct on the retry, and 3 wrong (although I'm not counting the CR's, since those don't have a instant grade). I didn't think the test was too terribly hard, I did struggle on some parts, but I didn't feel overwhelmed at all during the test.

The mineral I wanted to talk about was asbestos. Asbestos can cause lung cancer, which you would think we would try to avoid using it as much as possible, but instead we use it for insulation, sound absorption and fire resistance. I believe we use a foam now for insulation and fire resistance, but older houses might have asbestos in them, which could be a danger, since it can cause lung cancer. The way you get lung cancer from asbestos is that fibers that asbestos has can be easily inhaled, which the fibers themselves cause the cancer.
